The mobile phone trade-in service Mobile Bonus is available to anyone living in Switzerland, whether you are a Swisscom customer or not
If you don't know the model of your mobile phone, you can enter its IMEI number directly onto the Mobile Bonus website and your mobile model will automatically be displayed.
You can find out the IMEI number by entering *#06# on your calling screen.
Most of the mobile phones also have the IMEI number located on a sticker under the battery.
The Mobile Bonus is not yet available for all mobile phones in working order, because not all mobile phones achieve corresponding prices when they are resold. Donate these mobile phones to Mobile Aid at your nearest Swisscom Shop.
A phone's trade-in value depends on its popularity on second-hand markets and the condition of your mobile, which we subtract the reconditioning costs from.
Each mobile phone envelope is checked on its arrival at the processing centre. The information will be amended and you will receive a new estimate by email.
The mobiles are recovered in order to be reconditioned and to give them a second life. Mobiles that work will then be resold, in Europe and on emerging markets, so that the whole population can have access to mobile telephony.
All mobiles are accepted, regardless of whether or not they work or have been valued.
However, mobiles that have not been valued should be sent at your own cost or you can hand it in at a Swisscom store for Mobile Aid
